Basic Design Package

- 1 computerized floor plan in 2D rendering form to reflect the design layout
- Sourcing and pricing spreadsheet detailing all items to be purchased by you to complete the overall design look
Construction to Completion Package
- Concept development including full design layout, colour schemes, furniture, accessory, lighting, flooring and window treatments
- Computerized floor plans in 2D & 3D rendering form to reflect the design layout and placement of furniture
- Detailed vision boards supporting the design plan
- Onsite project management and coordination for all tradesman and contractors if applicable
- Personal shopping and sourcing services in choosing all fixtures, furniture and finishes
- Purchasing and delivery coordination for all items implemented in design plan
- Set up of all furniture and full staging for all items
- Sourcing and pricing spreadsheet detailing the scope of work provided and reflection of the budget
Our Process
Consultation Phase
The initial consultation is a 2 hour appointment that will take place in your home. At this time we will discuss the scope of work involved, design vision, wish list and budget. This meeting will help us get to know each other and establish ideas on how we can help transform your space into the home you always wanted.
Contract Phase
With the scope of work and budget determined, we will prepare an official design contract for your project. Once this document is signed and a retainer is provided, we will begin the planning phase of your project.
Concept Development & Planning Phase
At this time we will meet again in person to discuss your project in depth and determine timelines associated with your project. If construction is involved, we will meet with our trades & contractors on site to finalize all the details. In this phase we will prepare elevation drawings, millwork, and lighting plans. We’ll source finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for your home and prepare for your design presentation.
Design Presentation Phase
Once the planning phase is complete, design concepts are presented to the client in the supporting form of 2D & 3D drawings indicating scale & furniture placement, vision boards & images, finish materials & fabric selections.
At the design presentation, cost estimates and project timelines will be presented for final approval
Execution Phase
Once the final design is approved, the execution phase marks the realization of your design. Ordering & delivery coordination is managed by us and we will work hand in hand with all contractors to ensure a smooth transition of your design plan.
Staging & Delivery Phase
On completion of your construction, all the final furnishings, fixtures, artwork, decor and any finishing touches needed to finalize your design transformation are installed by our design team.
