Full Service Decorating
The first step in our process is booking a complimentary discovery call.
At this time we will discuss the scope of work involved, wish list items, review budget, explain our offerings and establish an understanding for the expectations involved from both the client and design team.
Discovery
In this phase we will prepare layout plans & elevation drawings, millwork, and lighting plans. Finishes, fixtures, and furnishings are sourced for your home to prepare for your design presentation. Our trades & contractors would get involved at this stage to collaboratively put together a customized fee proposal outlining the project scope of work and design fees to complete your project.
Concept development
& planning
This is an exciting time in every project as the design concepts and final cost estimates are presented to the client for final approval. At this time we explain the project stages and timelines associated with your project, what to expect and how to plan for your project start date.
Design Presentation
Once you have signed off on your final design concepts and fee proposal, execution of your project details begins. Management would include scheduling trades & managing schedules, product and material ordering, supply chain management, delivery coordination, contractor management support & communication with all parts as required.
Project Management
On completion of all construction, our design team digs in to put the finishing touch on your project with a full installation and styling service of all furniture, fixtures, textiles, decor and artwork. At this final phase a pre-delivery inspection is performed with your design team and contractors to address any deficiencies prior to final sign off.
